Printing Prices

SCREEN PRINTING There are two elements to screen printing prices.  There is an initial set up cost.  A printing screen is needed for each colour in the design.  Printing screens are charged at £25.00 each. There is then a price for printing each garment.  The price varies according to how many garments are printed at one time and how many colours there are in the design.  As a guide, the price for printing 100 garments with a single colour design would be 75p each. Orders of 25 or more are required for screen printing. TRANSFER PRINTING Smaller orders can be printed by  transfer.  For these designs, no printing screen is necessary, so it can be a cost-effective choice for small quantities. Simple, text-only designs, or very simple, one-colour logos are suitable for this treatment.   Text-only designs in Arial Bold can be set up for as little as £5.00.   Simple, single colour logos supplied as digital artwork can be set up for just £10.00.  If artwork needs to be redrawn, or converted to vector graphics, there will be a cost for this too, but we will advise if this is necessary . After that, individual garments can be printed for a cost of from £2.00 to £5.00 each depending on the design. Players names and numbers are treated slightly differently.  A charge of £5.00 pays for setting up 5 names or numbers.  Then each name or number is applied at a cost of £3.50 each All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT.		Screen printing is generally suitable for larger quantities of garments printed with an identical design.  Most cost-effective way of producing large, single colour designs
