Advice on artwork Artwork for embroidery just has to be a clear image that we can copy.  It doesn't have to be digital artwork. If you send the image you want us to use as a jpeg by email, we can let you know if it is suitable. By contrast, artwork supplied for printing has to be of a very high quality.  If you have digital artwork you can send it to us by email.  If you do not supply vector graphics, the artwork may have to be redrawn. If this is the case, we will advise you and give you the cost before starting. Artwork can also be sent to us by post.		Printed images are made up of tiny dots, embroideries are made up of stitches.  So while prints are generally 'faithful' reproductions of images; embroideries may be  'interpretations' of the images supplied.		Bear this in mind if your design has graduated tints or shades that might be straightforward to print, but not possible to embroider
		Remember, keep printing costs down by limiting the number of colours in the design.  Keep embroidery costs down by reducing the number of stitches.  A large solid embroidered area is expensive!		Printed images are flat and two dimensional, whereas embroidery has texture.  Sometimes where two of three shades of colour were needed in a print, only one colour is required to achieve a similar effect in an embroidery
